What we collect

Your email address, your name, and if you add them, your phone number and profile photo; your country and language, your learning progress (answers, scores, XP and streaks), and what you type to the AI tutor.

Why

To run your course, show your progress, explain your mistakes and keep your account safe. With your separate permission, we also use your AI chats to personalise flashcards and send offers.

Your rights

In Settings → Data & Privacy you can download your data, change your optional choices, and delete your account. Deletion happens 48 hours after you ask, so you can change your mind. You can ask a person to review any score given by AI.

Security

All traffic is encrypted. Your data is stored encrypted and only the data needed for teaching is kept. If a data breach puts you at risk, we will tell you and the national data regulator promptly.

AI

Explanations are written by an AI model. Your messages are sent to our AI provider only to produce your answer.

Profile photo

If you add a photo, we shrink it on your device and store it at a web address that can't be guessed, so we can show it in the app. Remove it at any time on your Profile page; it is also removed as soon as you ask to delete your account.

Voice recordings

When you practise speaking, your recording is sent to our speech provider (Microsoft Azure) to score how clearly you spoke, and then deleted. We never store your voice.
